Shipping Policy:
Processing Time:
- All orders are handmade with care and typically take "5 to 7 business days" to
process before shipping.
- Custom or bulk orders may take longer; we will inform you of estimated delivery
times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Orders: 7 to 10 business days
International Orders: 10 to 15 business days
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen
circumstances
International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
"No Returns or Exchanges"
Due to the "handmade and customized" nature of our products, we "do not accept
returns or exchanges" unless the item is:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect due to our mistake
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at contact@cosydecor.in within "2 days" of receiving the product.
2. Provide "clear photos and opening videos" of the item and packaging.
3. We will review your request and offer a "replacement" or "refund" (if applicable).
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15
business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
Non-Refundable Items:
We "do not" provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal preferences.
- Used or opened products.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our mistake).
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled "within 24 hours" of placing the order. After this period, we begin processing and cannot cancel the order.
