​At Cosy Decor, we take great care in crafting high-quality handmade products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged item, please review our refund policy below. 

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility:
- Due to the "handmade and personalized" nature of our products, we "do not accept returns or exchanges" unless the item is:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect due to an error on our part

2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Item:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at contact@cosydecor.in within "2 days" of delivery.

2."Provide clear photos & opening videos" of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order details. 

​3. After reviewing your request, we will offer a "replacement" or a "refund" (if applicable). 

​3. Non-Refundable Items: 

​We "do not" offer refunds for: 

- Change of mind or personal preference. 
- Used or opened products.
- Custom or personalized items. 
​- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery. 

​4. Refund Process: 

​- Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within "10 working days" to your original payment method. 

​- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. 

​5. Cancellations:

​- Orders can be canceled "within 24 hours" of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are "not" allowed.
